How much is the minimum purchase for wholesale?
48 pairs, different or same model and color.
What size do you have?
GENTLEMAN: 7US to 14US.
LADY: 5US to 10US.
Means we do not do, the size can be chosen.
How long will delivery take?
Depending on the size of the order, it usually takes 15-30 business days.
How safe is it to buy from you? Is my data protected?
We are a registered and established company in Mexico, with a wide portfolio of clients in more than 15 countries. The information sent by our clients is stored on our servers and is used confidentially, you can consult our PRIVACY POLICY to learn more about it.
What are the payment options?
Deposit, Bank Transfer, Paypal.
What are the shipping methods?
All shipments are made by DHL and Fedex.
Do you ship outside of Mexico?
If we ship to more than 40 countries, we take care of the necessary documentation to dispatch the cargo from Mexico to the destination country.
Can you manufacture with my own brand?
In case of large productions, we can make the product with your logo, as long as there are at least 480 pairs, 12 pairs per model and color.
What are the payment conditions?
50% advance payment and 50% to be sent or 100% to be sent. IMPORTANT: Advances are not refundable.
Where can I see the wholesale prices?
The prices depend on different factors such as the collection, colors and soles. For more information on wholesale prices, contact us to send you the price list or a quote.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You receive a ticket or invoice if required, along with your order.
